Suggested use
In a shaker mix 10.2 g‡ (~1.5 scoops) of BCAA Hyper Clear in 20 oz. to 24 oz. (2.5 to 3 cups) of ice-cold water. Take during training or between meals while dieting to build muscle or retain lean mass. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
