Suggested use

Take 1-2 softgels daily with a meal. Do not take more than 4 per day.

Other ingredients

Gelatin softgel, glycerin, purified water, plant-based enteric coating (alginate, stearic acid), mixed tocopherols.

Made from wild anchovy, sardine, and mackerel. 

Allergy information: If you are allergic to fish, you should not take this product or other fish oil supplements.
