Suggested use

Take 1-3 servings anytime of day to meet your daily protein requirements. On training days, consume before and/or after workouts to support muscle recovery, repair, and growth.

Add 1 scoop of 100% Whey to 6 oz of your favorite liquid such as water, skim milk or unsweetened almond milk. Stir with a spoon or shake in a cup for 15-20 seconds until protein powder fully dissolves.
