Discussion: Low molecular weight calcium, such as calcium carbonate from coral, may potentially be absorbed intact or ionized by stomach acids. Suggested use
Take 1/2 rounded teaspoon (2.9 g) mixed into beverages or food. More palatable if mixed with juice, milk, milk shakes, yogurt, yogurt shakes, homemade pasta, casseroles, baked good, meat loaf or vegetable loaf. Use only as directed.
