The dosages listed on our supplement facts panel includes the active form of the EAA providing the athlete with 10 grams of active EAA in every serving.
Suggested use
To activate protein synthesis & increase muscle recovery, take 1 scoop (17.73g) of MUSCLEAA™ XTREME before workouts or any athletic event. Mix 1 scoop with 12-16oz of water prior to training (or consume during training). Shake or stir well. On non-training days, MUSCLEAA™ XTREME can be taken any time of day.
