Suggested use
Immediate - Take one softgel with water every three to four hours. Increase suggested use to two softgels with water should you need additional support.
Proactive - As a preventative measure, take one softgel with water twice a day, five days prior to menstration.
Other ingredients
Softgel (bovine gelatin [halal], vegetable glycerine, purified water, carob, chlorophyll), extra virgin olive oil¹, sunflower lecithin¹, beeswax [bee product].
